New Give-away! (plus some AMAZING pictures!)
Did you think I was kidding when I said this house was amazing? I wasn't. See for yourself. And get this. The pictures do not do it justice.

Rare, exclusive pure black granite countertops throughout. Hand-carved granite and marble sinks throughout. Unique marble slab toe-kicks under cabinets. Marble slab stair tread and riser caps. Amazing custom cabinets. Kitchenaid Architect Series appliances.
2500+ sft of hand cut marble mosaic patterned floor.
Master tub made from marble slab and mosaic, not an insert. Double vanities in all full bathrooms.
Over half of the exterior is faced with custom cut grey quartz, quarried in China.
Decks covered with marble mosaic. Wired for twelve distributed audio zones and two surround sound stations. Two coaxial and one cat-5 connection in each room of the house.
100% New Zealand wool hand tufted carpet with silk motifs on the main floor.
